London Eye welcomes 50 millionth visitor

The London Eye has welcomed its 50 millionth customer.

It opened its doors to the public in March 2000 and has welcomed Royalty and guests from countries all over the globe.

To commemorate the milestone, staff greeted the Anderson family, as they prepared to board - and treated them to a Champagne Experience in their own private capsule.
