Teen dies after kite-flying row turns violent

An Indian boy has died after being attacked by a gang in a row over kite-flying from the rooftops of Delhi.

Rajan Chand, 17, had been flying a kite last week when he apparently angered another boy by snapping the line on his kite, police said.
