Twenty-eight dead, 200 missing after ferry collision in Philippines

Divers are combing through a sunken ferry to retrieve the bodies of more than 200 people who are missing after a collision with a cargo vessel near the central Philippine port of Cebu.

The crash sent passengers jumping into the ocean and left many others trapped. At least 28 people are confirmed dead and hundreds have been rescued.
