Afghan flash-floods death toll rises to 35

Afghan officials say flash floods have killed at least 35 people in four eastern provinces, while an estimated 50 people are still missing.

Provincial spokesmen in Nangarhar, Kabul, Khost, and Nuristan said today that all the floods had happened early Saturday.
