Passenger sues over plane collapse

Southwest Airlines is facing its first lawsuit over a hard landing at New York’s LaGuardia Airport last month in which 16 people were injured.

Jacqueline Young, Jonesville, South Caroline, was on the flight from Nashville, Tennessee, which made a nose-first landing at the airport on July 22.
