Security forces in Egypt condemned as death toll from clashes reaches 70

Security forces in Egypt are being condemned after dozens of people were reportedly killed in violent clashes in Cairo.

Supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood have said tonight that more than 70 people have lost their lives since violence began today on the streets of Cairo, some media reports put the figure closer to 120.
