Three Nato service members have been killed by a roadside bomb in eastern Afghanistan, officials said today.

Three Nato service members have been killed by a roadside bomb in eastern Afghanistan, officials said today.

A Nato statement said only that the three died today. It did not provide their nationalities or any other details.

So far this month, seven members of the US-led international coalition have been killed, making a total of 98 this year.

Of those, 70 have been identified as Americans.
