US 'tortured' Bin Laden son-in-law

Lawyers for Osama bin Laden’s son-in-law claim he was tortured by the US and have asked a judge to dismiss the terrorism case against him.

Sulaiman Abu Ghaith’s lawyers said in court papers in Manhattan that their client was charged in a flawed document that fails to adequately explain how he was part of a conspiracy to kill Americans.
