James Bulger's mother says authorities 'put two fingers up to her'

The mother of murdered toddler James Bulger said she feels like she has let her son down.

Denise Fergus made the comments after hearing that one of James' killers - Jon Venables - is to be paroled after serving two years for accessing child pornography.
