Man charged with damaging iconic English painting in Fathers4Justice protest

A man has been charged with criminal damage after a masterpiece by the English romantic painter John Constable was vandalised.

Paul Douglas Manning, 57, was charged by the Metropolitan Police and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court later today.
