George Osborne left upset after Obama mixes him up with soul singer Jeffrey

Barack Obama embarrassingly referred to George Osborne as “Jeffrey” during G8 meetings this week.

The US president apparently mixed the British Chancellor up with one of his favourite soul singers, Jeffrey Osborne.
