Burka gang stole watches worth £1m

Armed raiders who targeted London’s Selfridges store while dressed in burkas fled with £1million worth of luxury watches, police said today.

The six-strong gang used the religious dress to disguise themselves and the tools they were carrying during the raid at 8.30pm on Thursday, police said.
