Inquest opens into death of murdered soldier

In the UK, the inquest opens today into the death of soldier Lee Rigby.

The 25-year-old soldier was killed last week close to his barracks at Woolwich in south London.

A post mortem has confirmed he died from multiple stab wounds.

A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder - a second suspect is still being treated in hospital, after being shot by police.
