Al-Qaida reprimands most wanted terrorist for being bad worker

One of the world's most wanted terrorists has been reprimanded by al-Qaida for being a bad employee.

A letter has revealed Mokhtar Belmokhtar has failed to carry out what is being called a single spectacular operation.
