Major Hillsborough probe for IPCC

The police watchdog is carrying out its largest investigation ever into the causes of the Hillsborough tragedy and the cover-up in the wake of the disaster.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) will examine police decisions, amendments to statements, misleading allegations and police actions.
