'Shots fired' as Boston police surround building

Police in Boston have surrounded a building in the suburb of Watertown as they hunt a teenager they suspect was involved in the bomb attack on the city's marathon.

Within the past few minutes, there have been reports of shots fired that shots have been heard in the vicinity of an apartment block which had been cordoned off.
