US Naval building evacuated after suspicious substance found in mailroom

A suspicious substance has been found in the mailroom of a US Naval building - causing it to be evacuated.

It comes after letters sent to President Barack Obama and a US senator tested positive for the deadly poison ricin earlier this week.
