Suspension of children's heart surgery a 'knee-jerk reaction'
The medical director of NHS in the UK has insisted his move to suspend children's heart surgery in Leeds was not a "knee-jerk reaction".

Procedures at the unit have resumed after they were suspended at the end of last month over concerns about death rates.
