Human Rights Watch: Syrian regime responsible for over 4,000 deaths

Human Rights Watch is accusing the Syrian regime of killing more than 4,300 civilians in air strikes across the country since July 2012.

According to a report, it said that the Syrian government air strikes have deliberately or indiscriminately killed civilians.
