At least nine civilians were killed and 22 others injured when a roadside bomb hit a public bus in a volatile province bordering Kabul, Afghan officials said today.

Deputy Wardak provincial police chief General Abdul Razaq Quraishi said blast happened in the Sayed Abad district.
