US executive sacked for slapping toddler on flight

An executive with a US aircraft parts manufacturer is out of a job after being accused of slapping a crying toddler on a flight.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said yesterday that AGC Aerospace and Defence had suspended 60-year-old Joe Hundley, of Hayden, Idaho, as president of its Unitech Composites and Structures.
