Serial paedophile and child-killer Dutroux asks for freedom

Jailed serial paedophile and child killer Marc Dutroux is asking Belgian judges to release him after his wife who helped his horrific crimes was granted her freedom last year.

Dutroux, who became one of the country’s most notorious criminals, is asking a sentencing court to monitor him with an electronic ankle bracelet.
