Syrian warplanes 'bombing outskirts of Damascus'

The Syrian military has bombarded the outskirts of Damascus and other areas around the country, according to activists.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said warplanes bombed neighbourhoods around the capital including the rebel stronghold of Douma.
