Second Connecticut school locked down after man spotted acting suspiciously

Just days after the deaths of 26 people, including 20 children, at a school in Connecticut, a second campus in the state is in lockdown.

Police say they are investigating reports of a suspicious man - who is possibly armed - in Ridgefield.
