Channel tunnel closed after lorry fire sparks emergency response

Dozens of truckers had to be taken to safety after a fire on a lorry in the Channel Tunnel.

It happened as a freight train was about to emerge on the French side of the underwater link.

The blaze was put out and no-one was hurt.

Eurotunnel says it thinks the tunnel will re-open shortly.
