Parts of New York to be evacuated again

Parts of New York City will be evacuated tomorrow, as another storm bears down on America's north-east coast.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg is asking residents in some low-lying areas to leave.

This new weather front comes just a week after superstorm Sandy hit the city, leaving millions without power.
