Biden and Ryan clash in only TV debate

US Vice President Joe Biden and Republican candidate Paul Ryan have clashed in their only TV debate, which has been widely declared a draw.
Issues such as healthcare, the economy and Iran were up for discussion during the 90 minute exchange.
Vice President Biden gave a more spirited performance than President Obama, who lost the first TV debate to his challenger Mitt Romney last week.
Meanwhile, prior to the debate, a Republican supporter was left embarrassed on national TV after calling Obama a communist, only to freeze when asked what a communist is. She also said that Obama doesn't think like an American, even though he was born in the country.
