Batman shooting hearing faces delay

A hearing to decide if accused Colorado cinema gunman James Holmes should stand trial might not be held until January.

The 24-year-old is charged with killing 12 people and wounding 58 others during the July shooting at a midnight premiere of the latest Batman film in Aurora, Colorado. He has yet to enter a plea.
