EP president criticises those that broke banking debt promises
The President of the European Parliament has strongly criticised the finance ministers of the three European countries who're reneging on promises made on banking debts at last June's European Council summit.
Speaking in Dublin today, Martin Schulz said that EU leaders made a unanimous decision to decouple banking debts from sovereign debts during the Summit.
