An actress in the anti-Islamic film that sparked violent protests in the Muslim world is suing the reputed producer.

Cindy Lee Garcia claims that she was duped into thinking it was about ancient Egyptians.

She is suing in a Los Angeles court on grounds of invasion of privacy, fraud, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

She is also suing YouTube and its owner Google for releasing excerpts of the film, which was later dubbed into Arabic and made to show the Prophet Mohammed in a negative light.
