News Corp resists hacking lawsuit

News Corporation lawyers are asking a US judge to dismiss a shareholder lawsuit alleging that company directors allowed a damaging cover-up of the phone hacking scandal in Britain.

A judge in Dover, Delaware heard hours of arguments today but did not indicate when he would rule.
