Ban Ki-moon 'dismayed' by Iran comments

UN leader Ban Ki-moon has said he's "dismayed" by the latest anti-Israel comments from Iran.

The Iranian President has described Israel as a "cancerous tumour" - remarks which have been condemned by United States and France.
