English police question 10-year-olds after hoax call saying mother 'wasn't moving'

Police in England have said a 999 call, supposedly from a three-year-old girl saying her mother had fallen and wasn't moving, was a hoax.

The 999 operators had received the call from a girl, who called herself Ellie and said she did not know her exact address.
