Report: Syrian troops defecting in Aleppo

Thousands of Syrian soldiers are being moved from the border with Turkey to join fierce fighting in the city of Aleppo.

Reports said rebel fighters have attacked columns of troops as they abandoned their posts and forces loyal to Assad are defecting on the spot.
