Colorado shootings suspect Holmes to be charged next Monday

The man accused of the recent fatal shootings at a Colorado cinema has appeared in court with bright orange dyed hair this afternoon.

James Holmes sat wide-eyed and appeared dazed as the judge in Denver advised him of his legal rights.
