Denver shooting suspect James Holmes faces court

The man accused of one the worst multiple shootings in US history is appearing in court now.

Prosecutors say the 24-year-old suspect James Holmes, who appeared in court with bright orange-dyed hair, could face the death penalty if found guilty.
