Hague: Russia and China have turned their backs on Syrian people

The British Foreign Secretary has said that Russia and China have turned their backs on the Syrian people.

It comes after both countries vetoed a UN resolution which called for sanctions against President Assad if he does not end the use of heavy weapons.
