Needles found in airline sandwiches

Delta Air Lines and the FBI have launched an urgent investigation after needles were found in turkey sandwiches served aboard four flights from Amsterdam, injuring a passenger.

The airline said what appeared to be sewing needles were found in five sandwiches on Sunday.
