China and Russia 'decisively against' Syrian regime change
China and Russia have said that they are 'decisively against' any regime change in Syria.
The two countries issued a joint statement on the crisis after two days of talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leaders.
Earlier, the US Secretary of State called on the international community to cut off Syria's 'economic lifelines'.
Speaking in Istanbul, Hilary Clinton called on Bashar Al Assad's regime to end the bloodshed and stick to the Annan peace plan.
