A black bear who wandered on to a university campus in Colorado fell safely from a tree after being tranquillised and was later relocated to the nearby Rocky Mountains.

A black bear who wandered on to a university campus in Colorado fell safely from a tree after being tranquillised and was later relocated to the nearby Rocky Mountains.

State wildlife official Jennifer Churchill said the 200-pound (91-kilogram) male bear was tagged and taken to a remote area of ponderosa pines, oak brush and chokeberry.
