Norwegians defy Breivik with public sing-songs
People have held public sing-songs in cities across Norway today in a message of defiance to Anders Behring Breivik.
In Oslo, up to 40,000people gathered to sing a children’s song, which Breivik claimed was an effort to brainwash the country’s youth.
Breivik is currently on trial for the murder of 77 people in Norway last July, after he detonated a bomb in Oslo city centre and opened fire at a youth camp conference on Utoya Island.
