Nugent admits bear hunt charges

Rocker and gun rights advocate Ted Nugent has pleaded guilty to transporting a black bear he illegally killed in Alaska, saying he was sorry for unwittingly violating the law.

“I would never knowingly break any game laws,” Nugent told the court. “I’m afraid I was blindsided by this, and I sincerely apologise to everyone.”
