Hague sceptical of Syrian ceasefire

Kofi Annan said a ceasefire in Syria appears to be holding on its first day.

The UN-Arab envoy said he was encouraged by reports that the situation in Syria is relatively calm, but that President Assad has not fulfilled the UN-backed peace plan.
