Heathrow hit by delays

People are facing long delays at Heathrow this evening.

Large queues at border control for incoming passengers are resulting in many holidaymakers having to wait over 3 hours to collect their baggage.

Airport operator BAA claims the delays are mainly affecting non-EU travellers, and is being caused by a large volume of flights.
