Seized Costa Rican ambassador freed

Venezuela’s justice minister says a diplomat from the Costa Rican embassy has been freed hours after he was seized by kidnappers.

Justice minister Tareck El Aissami said on his Twitter account that Guillermo Cholele, the Costa Rican trade ambassador, has been freed and is in good health.
