French Interior Minister Claude Gueant has said that he fears a serial killer is on the loose after a series of murders in an outer suburb of Paris.

French Interior Minister Claude Gueant has said that he fears a serial killer is on the loose after a series of murders in an outer suburb of Paris.

He stated that "maximum resources" will be used to find the perpetrator.
