UK Game jobs more secure after deal
In the UK, more than 3,000 jobs are looking more secure after a deal to save troubled retailer Game.
The company went into administration last week. In Ireland, 121 jobs have been lost with the closure of its Irish stores.
Now 300 of it's shops in Britain have been bought by OpCapita, which specialises in rescuing high street chains.
Retail analyst Robert Clark says the stores' future looks brighter:
"Game has an advantage, it is the market leader, it is important in the market place", he said.
"and also those that are taking over, the slate has been wiped largely clean".
