Mandela 'relaxed and comfortable', says Zuma

Nelson Mandela has spent the night in hospital after receiving treatment for a stomach problem.

The 93-year-old is expected to leave hospital either today or tomorrow having undergone a diagnostic procedure (laparoscopy) yesterday to determine the cause of his long-standing abdominal complaint.
