'14 civilians killed' in further Syrian unrest

Syrian activists say at least 14 civilians, including a child, have been killed in fresh violence despite the presence of Arab League observers in the country.

Seven soldiers - four loyalists and three deserters - are also reported to have been killed in separate clashes yesterday.
