Thailand has issued a new passport for former Thailand Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra to replace one revoked by the previous government.

Thailand has issued a new passport for former Thailand Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra to replace one revoked by the previous government.

Thaksin was granted a new passport on October 26, the foreign ministry said after an April 2009 order revoking his passport was lifted.
